WELCOME TO ARTISAN STUDIO

 Artisan Studio has two main studio spaces

 

• Cyclorama Studio

For private and commercial photography and video recording  purposes.

• Daylight Studio

For private and commercial photography and video recording, as well as gatherings and meetings.

 

There is a minimum booking of 3 hours for each room. Full payment is required for all bookings, and confirmations are only made once we have confirmed the space’s availability of space and your payment.

Commercial purposes bookings

 

• If you intend to use our spaces for commercial purposes, please reach out to us on WhatsApp for a personalised quote and to check the space’s availability.

• Commercial purposes means any general video recording, commercial photography, online and media advertising, service and product photography, company website photos and videos, online shops, Facebook and Instagram shop posts, and more.

• Artisan Studio reserves the right to interpret what amounts to commercial purposes and to make the final decision on the above terms and conditions.

• Booking our Studios for commercial purposes comes inclusive of the electricity cost from equipment use. We can also offer free use of clothing racks and vertical steam ironing machines for your convenience.

How do I make a booking?

 

• Payment deadline: All bookings require payment within 24 hours. If payment is not made within the given period, we will automatically cancel the reservation and the guest will be deemed to have given up the reservation without further notice.

• Payment methods: Payment can be made via FPS/bank transfer. After payment, guests should take a screenshot and send the transaction record. Upon confirming payment, Artisan Studio will send a confirmation via WhatsApp to notify guests that their booking is successful.

• Completion of booking: You will receive a WhatsApp message confirming their booking once it is confirmed.

• Venue information: After completing their booking, guests will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp, along with important information such as invoices, address, and venue details.

Overtime fees

​

• ​Please vacate the Studio once your booking is over. You shall be liable to pay an overtime fee for exceeding your scheduled booking, the following of overtime fee as below:

  • CYCLORAMA STUDIO                                       HKD $1,000 / hr

  • DAYLIGHT STUDIO                                            HKD $1,200 / hr

  • CYCLORAMA + DAYLIGHT STUDIO                HKD $1,800 / hr

• There shall be no warning or grace period before the overtime fee incurs.

Can I change or reschedule my booking?

 

• No refunds will be issued once a booking is confirmed.

• Room change requests: In general, once guests have selected a room, they cannot change it. If they require a change, they should confirm with customer service and pay any additional fees.

• If a shoot is rescheduled within 72 hours of the original date, the original payment will not be refunded. However, if guests book again immediately, they will receive a 30% discount.

 

What if there is bad weather on the day of my shoot?

 

• If the Hong Kong Observatory issues a typhoon signal no. 8 or above, or a black rainstorm warning on the day before or on the day of the booking, Artisan Studio will not refund any payment. Guests can change the shooting date and time for free, and the rescheduled booking must be completed within 3 months from the original booking date.

• If the Hong Kong Observatory issues a typhoon signal no. 8 or above, or a black rainstorm warning during the shooting, guests who have arrived can choose to continue the shooting.

Please keep our studio clean

 

• After using the venue, any items brought to the venue must be removed. All trash must be taken outside of the building for disposal. If you require cleaning assistance from our staff, there will be a cleaning fee of $500.

• After using the venue, our staff will inspect the site for any uncleanliness or damage to the items on site. Parc Aura retains the right to compensation and charge for any damaged area or items. We appreciate your understanding.

• If you plan to bring or use any of the following items, please inform us before renting the space:

  • Pets

  • Open flames

  • Water

  • Sand

  • Smoke machines

  • Food

  • Other items that may affect the cleanliness of the venue or other users

• Please use the above equipment carefully and follow Artisan Studio's guidelines. If any damage is caused to the room during use, or even affects the next guest's use of the venue, Artisan Studio will demand compensation and blacklist the customer.

Other booking terms

 

• In the event that a Guest breaches the rental agreement, Artisan Studio reserves the right to terminate their usage of the studio immediately and pursue legal action. The Guest and their organisation will be responsible for paying compensation for any damages incurred as a result of their breach.
